If you need to send something back
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging — with tags attached.
Sale items are final. We don’t offer returns or exchanges on those.
How to request a return
Email us at store.cleanslate@gmail.com with your order number.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup. Returns take up to 25 days to reach us. We’ll process your refund or exchange after verifying the items.
Unapproved shipments will be recycled or discarded — we won’t be able to process those.
Reverse pickup
We offer reverse pickup at ₹125 or ₹30 per item, whichever is higher.
Pickup will be attempted twice. If it doesn’t go through, you’ll need to arrange the return shipping yourself.
This service is available in most locations, but not guaranteed everywhere.
Refunds
We issue refunds as store credit, valid for 1 year. Credits must be used in a single order.
If your return affects discounts based on item count or order value, we’ll update the invoice and issue the adjusted credit.
Shipping charges are not refunded. Store credit will be calculated after deducting shipping fees.

Changed your mind before we ship?
Email us at store.cleanslate@gmail.com with the subject line:
Order Cancellation.
Include your order number, and we’ll cancel it if it hasn’t shipped yet.
